About Parkview Dental Studio
Situated In the luscious Parks area close to Rosebank, the Johannesburg Zoo and the Zoo Lake, Parkview Dental Studio is part of the well-known Tyrone Avenue strip in Parkview. We are located on the 1st Floor of the Village Centre.
Our dental services are comprehensive – from basic oral hygiene, aesthetic and restorative dentistry to advanced dental treatment. This includes placement and restoration of implants, as well as full mouth rehabilitation.
We treat the whole family – from children aged 2 and up, to elderly patients requiring assistance with dentures. Be assured of a thorough diagnosis, years of experience and a ‘light hand’.

Parkview Dental Studio’s dentists are verified Invisalign® providers, with Postgraduate Certifications in Implantology from the University of Pretoria. In addition, Dr Hoosen is a Cerec®-certified dentist with advanced training in Cerec® Dentistry, which is the technology behind their crowns and bridges.

Dr Firdaus Ismail
BDS (WITS), P.G.CERT IMPLANTOLOGY (UP)
Dr Ismail graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand. In addition Dr Ismail has completed a Postgraduate Certification in Implantology at the University of Pretoria. Dr Ismail is fantastic with paediatric patients and has a passion for aesthetic dentistry. Dr Ismail’s expertise lies with those anxious patients that are extremely nervous from previous traumatic dental experiences.
Dr Riaz Hoosen
BDT (MED), BDS (WITS), P.G.CERT IMPLANTOLOGY (UP)
Dr Hoosen started his dental journey at the Medical University of Southern Africa studying a Bachelors of Dental Therapy. After graduating from his BDT (Med.) at MEDUNSA, he continued to study, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Science degree at WITS University in Johannesburg. He has since achieved certifications in several specialisations.
